Quotes:
We aim to provide fixed-price quotes based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply if extra items are added, access differs, or additional services are required. We will always discuss changes before proceeding.
Waiting Time:
Delays outside our control (e.g. property completion or key release) may be subject to waiting charges.
Additional Items:
Quotes are based on agreed inventory. Extra items may result in price changes or rescheduling.
Packing:
We are not responsible for damage to items packed by customers unless a packing service is provided.
Valuables:
Please keep important or high-value items with you during the move.
Access:
Customers must ensure suitable access. Extra charges may apply for difficult access or long carry distances.
Insurance:
We carry appropriate insurance for removals work. Details available upon request.
Payment:
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the move. Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
